This 2-day Fact-Based Solution Selling workshop will allow you to capitalize on your company’s investment in data, technology, and personnel by teaching you how to use data effectively to present compelling and persuasive fact-based solutions to your retail partners. Delta’s Fact-Based Solution Selling process builds the analytical skills and capabilities needed to drive category management initiatives and other business objectives which will transform your sales organization into “solution providers”.

In this two day workshop, you will learn to:

Use Delta’s 5-step Fact-Based Solution Selling process to build effective, cohesive and persuasive selling stories in any business situation – external or internal audiences.
Understand and apply a powerful drill-down process that optimizes promotion, pricing and assortment analytics and insights.
Learn the 8 Rules of writing data observations.
Learn how to analyze tables, templates, charts and graphs to develop impactful observations that provide a competitive advantage through value added solutions.
Learn what are the most effective charts and graphs for presenting Fact-Based Solutions. Learn the 8 Rules of Visual Aids.

This workshop incorporates our worldwide expertise gained while working with retailers and manufacturers to improve their category management capabilities. Through our interactions, we had the opportunity to observe many supplier organizations compile and present information that is not concise, well organized or graphically correct. The results, relevant points were lost in the volume of useless information or questioned due to the incompleteness or inaccuracies of the visual graphics. This workshop addresses these shortcomings and will provide a clear process (with the necessary tools) that produces powerful and persuasive Fact-Based Solutions.

Workshop Schedule and Fees:

The Fact-Based Solution Selling workshop is open to Manufacturers and Brokers only. The registration fee is $1,398  per individual. We offer public workshops or we can deliver this program in-house for your organization.
