This workshop incorporates our worldwide
expertise gained while working with retailers and
manufacturers to improve their category management
capabilities. Through our interactions, we had the
opportunity to observe many supplier organizations
compile and present information that is not concise,
well organized or graphically correct. The results,
relevant points were lost in the volume of useless
information or questioned due to the incompleteness
or inaccuracies of the visual graphics. This workshop
addresses these shortcomings and will provide a clear
process (with the necessary tools) that produces powerful
