Sterling Woodard, Principal
Sterling is widely recognized as an expert in Retail Link® training and database solution development. He has developed numerous report-management solutions that streamline timely reporting processes for many consumer product companies. Most recently, Sterling was the primary developer of Delta Associates' Consumer Insight Discovery tool, which will drive critical insights into the world of consumer analysis.
At Wal-Mart Stores, Sterling had an outstanding career as a Retail Link® trainer and training coordinator. He was highly respected for his teaching skills and the ability to integrate merchandising principles and technical skills to increase sales and reduce inventory. Sterling has trained thousands of Retail Link® users over the years, sharing his ability to quickly identify issues and choose the best method to acquire data and drive actionable results.
Sterling joined Delta Associates in 2005, where he continues to raise the bar in using of Retail Link® data and in providing solutions that drive analytical efficiency in the CPG industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master in Education from Louisiana Tech University.
