WANTED: Super Trainer/Consultant

Delta Associates continues to grow and thrive, as we have for the past 16 years.  As a result, we are looking to expand our team of trainer/consultants who serve the leading retailers and suppliers around the world.  The perfect candidate possesses many of the following special skills, experiences, and characteristics:

  • 15+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
  • Experience as a buyer/category manager (or higher) at a retailer
  • Experience as a category analyst/business analyst (preferred Director Level or higher) at a supplier
  • Experience as a marketing research analyst conducting shopper and consumer insight studies
  • Top-notch presentation skills that can carry a crowded room
  • Experience selling to VP level and above
  • Broad and deep industry contacts
  • Extensive use of Spectra, IRI/Nielsen data, retailer data, and space management software
  • College degree (MBA or Ph.D. preferred)
  • Extremely strong knowledge of statistics and data analysis methods
  • Six-Sigma Black Belt -  certified
  • Expert with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Willingness to travel 90% of the time
  • The ability to work in a lightning fast pace, juggling multiple activities at once
  • Multilingual – (Spanish, French, Chinese and Russian)
  • Is faster than a speeding bullet, stronger than a locomotive, does not require sleep or food, and works 24/7
