Get certified to do business with key retailers and wholesalers.

These courses provide an overview of the various trading partner processes practiced by specific retailers and wholesalers, so that you can conduct more successful meetings with your buyers. Specifically, you will learn what buyers need to know and how their needs must be met before they can make decisions about your products or programs. You’ll also save time and money—and make a better impression—by presenting information in the format that is expected by your buyer.

Each course includes a review of a particular retailer or wholesaler’s policies, procedures, forms, and paperwork—knowledge that will allow course participants to receive the same consideration for their products as other suppliers/vendors receive. Courses provide essential certification for new suppliers/vendors and for new representatives and support personnel within existing suppliers/vendors.
